  • An active search is a topic area you monitor (e.g. "digital marketing", "applied AI"). Postmania attaches keywords to it to feed your watch automatically.
  • These are your working slots. Ideas in progress are topics you develop before turning them into a post. Posts in drafting are your current drafts. As soon as a post is published or an idea is converted, the slot frees up.
  • A persona is an audience profile or editorial voice that you define. It guides the AI when it suggests ideas or generates content, so the tone and angle match your target.
  • Bookmarks are external pieces of content (articles, posts, videos) you save in Postmania for later inspiration or to turn into post ideas.
  • The workspace contains your own creations: they stay until you publish or delete them. The AI flow is a rotating stock of automatically generated suggestions. Items in the flow have a limited lifespan and are regularly recycled to make room for new proposals.
  • Postmania automatically generates content ideas based on your active searches. They stay available for a few weeks. If you pick one, it moves to your workspace. The others are progressively replaced by new suggestions.
  • Same principle as for ideas: the AI drafts ready-to-publish posts. You pick the ones you like, customize them if needed, and publish. Unselected posts are automatically recycled.
  • You get a number of AI-generated images each month. The counter resets on the 1st of the month. Already generated images stay in your library — only the generation capacity is limited.
  • These limits control the pace at which you publish on your connected channels (LinkedIn, etc.). They apply simultaneously: a publication must respect all three windows. This does not affect how many posts you can prepare, only the broadcasting frequency.
  • The embed API lets you display your Postmania content directly on your website or in an external application. It is available from the Standard plan onward.
  • Each active referral gives you extra slots on certain quotas: ideas, posts, bookmarks, and AI images depending on your plan. Bonuses stack on top of your plan baseline, up to a cap. Your bonus details are visible on your referral dashboard.
  • No, but every freed slot (published post, converted idea, deleted bookmark) becomes available again immediately. The AI flow also renews automatically.
  • Standard and Expert plans will be available soon. In the meantime, the Free plan gives you access to all the main features.
